Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter may be stopped, based on the judge’s experience. The judge presiding over Twitter’s $44 billion case against Elon Musk is well known for being one of the few judges who have ever ordered a hesitant bidder to halt a business merger in the United States.

Last year, Kathleen McCormick became the first woman to serve as Chancellor or Chief Justice of the Court of Chancery.

She was given the go-ahead on Wednesday to bring a lawsuit against Musk on behalf of Twitter to compel him to finalize a social media platform transaction.

This case is expected to be one of the largest court battles in recent memory. In Adam’s perspective, she is recognized for being soft-spoken, personable, and polite, but also a person who stands her ground, in contrast to Musk’s brash and unpredictable manner.

She advocates for transparency in court proceedings and respect for all parties involved. Musk announced he was terminating his $44 billion buy of Twitter shares at $54.20 per share after weeks of combative tweets that seemed to indicate Twitter was concealing the actual number of phone accounts. The social networking site filed a lawsuit.
